I used to work for a company called Everyones Internet. While I was there I wrote a survival guide to help the new techs. It was an overall concept based trouble shooting / policy guide. Even though you may not work for Everyones Internet I think the guide could be usefull for anyone else set about making a simular document. I think parts of this document should be followed in ANY work environment.

Another document I originally wrote for Everyones Internet. This is an instruction manual on how to log into a Netware server running IPX with VLMs and how to use Nortons Ghost to restore the local hard drive from the file server. This is the simplest way I have ever found to manage images on groups of simular machines.

I wrote this document for a friend who was working on a dieing laptop, couldn't get any of the MS networking components to work, didn't have a lot of computer knowledge, and was in a hurry. Fortunately TCP/IP worked. This document will teach you how to get TinyWeb working on any Windows based system, Win95 or better. I don't know if it will work on 3.1 or prior as I've never tried and don't intend to. Unfortunately at the moment all I have is a Windows Word doc since I wrote this one while at work. I will port it over to a more open source friendly version later.
